August 2, 2003 Misfit Monday Post: Misfit Monday!! At the beginning of the weekend I said my pick for today would be whichever bloom did best at the show so here she is, BARBARRY RED DWARF!! This little Miniature Dark Red Formal Decorative won me my 1st best in show!! And it's not hard to see why. Sheer perfection! Even dripping wet lol. The BARBARRY prefix comes from the hybridizer Davies out of the UK. Davies has loads of other magnificent introductions as well. A rabbit hole I just don't have time for today. Although BARBARRY RED DWARF is new to me this year she has been around since 2000. Definitely a must have in everyone's garden especially if you are looking for show winning blooms! Enjoy!
